With over twenty-five years experience in the culinary industry, Jeff Rockow brings a unique perspective to the kitchen table. Rockow has led kitchen teams as executive chef at Dallas restaurants, hotels and private schools.  He has catered large and small events for many years. He has also worked as a chef instructor at several Dallas cooking schools and at his own events.
